1.Onboarding Process
 
- Submitting onboarding data (e.g., wine name, winery details, labels) through our form constitutes an agreement to purchase our services. All information provided must be accurate. We reserve the right to reject incomplete or fraudulent submissions.

2.Product Terms
 
- Products (e.g., wine pouches) are supplied based on agreed quantities (e.g., 55 gallons for 1,000 pouches, 330 gallons for 6,600 pouches). - UPC codes, including our custom Fortune Four UPCs (subject to a minimal charge), remain our property unless otherwise agreed. - Labels uploaded or generated via The Label Lab are for your exclusive use with our services.

3.Payment and Fees
 
- Services are billed upon submission or order confirmation. - A minimal charge applies for Fortune Four UPCs (estimate to be determined; contact us for details). - Payment terms are net 30 days unless specified otherwise.

4.Intellectual Property
 
- All trademarks, logos, and label designs (including those created in The Label Lab) remain our property or our licensors’ property. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use them for products purchased through us.

5.Liability
 
- We are not liable for delays due to shipping, customs, or winery compliance. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. You assume risk for product quality postdelivery.

6.Termination

 - We may terminate services if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using our UPCs and labels.

7.Governing Law
 
 - These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Erie County, Pennsylvania.

8.Changes to Terms
 
 - We may update these terms with notice via email or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
